This week’s new speaker is Sgt Spencer Posey, the Military & Human Performance Lead for Garmin Health. Spencer will be speaking on the session about synergies between athletic excellence and military preparedness.
New speaker:
Sgt Spencer Posey is a published and certified health and human performance leader with more than 15 years of experience across military, healthcare, academic, and private-sector performance settings. He currently serves as Military & Human Performance Lead for Garmin Health, where he supports wearable analytics, readiness metrics, and data-driven performance strategies for military and tactical populations. His previous work includes serving as an Advanced Health Scientist and Lead Scientist in Human Performance with Booz Allen Hamilton and as a Holistic Health and Fitness Director in the U.S. Army. Posey is also the Founder and CEO of Denali Fitness and Nutrition and has presented nationally on human performance, resilience, readiness, and health optimization.
