Here are some of the best quotes of our conversation with Jennifer:

Q1. Tell me about your background.

"I’ve been a live event producer for the past 20 years, and my passion has always been gatherings. They are the fabric of our lives—the cheer of the audience, the smell of the sweat, the bright lights. Over the years, I’ve produced over 600 live events, managing about $60 million in contracts. My focus has always been on creating unforgettable experiences that bring people together."

Q2. What are the current challenges for teams, leagues, and sports organizations to create a premium VIP experience? How did you come up with the idea of launching your company?

"As a live event organizer, I had to manage two critical things: event details and stakeholders, primarily the guests. The guest experience is paramount—whether it's an NBA game, a summit, or a wedding, the guest is the gold. But I had to use nearly a dozen tools to manage an event, and these tools didn’t talk to each other. Communication with guests was transactional, not experiential. That frustration and fragmentation led me to create VOW, where we marry event and people management in real time, integrating seating, ticketing, and stakeholder interactions to truly optimize the guest experience."

Q3. Tell me about your company and product.

"VOW is based out of New York City, and we are a small but mighty team focused on building a lightweight, agile, and easy-to-use product. Our vision is to provide event organizers with a ‘guardian angel’ that co-pilots their workday. Our platform integrates AI to help organizers manage their tasks and provides guests with a pocket assistant to enhance their experience. We believe in creating tools that scale events effortlessly while ensuring a personal touch for every participant."

Q4. What are the benefits for your customers to use your product?

"Our early tracking shows that we save organizations nearly 33% in OPEX, which can translate to millions of dollars for large organizations. Beyond cost savings, we reduce reputational risks associated with poor VIP experiences and unlock incredible opportunities by optimizing guest interactions. VOW helps deliver an end-to-end magnificent guest experience that reflects positively on the organization."

Q5. What do your customers like the most about your product?

"Our customers love that everything is in one place. For instance, if someone changes their seat, the ticketing information refreshes in real time. Email and SMS communications are tied to key cohorts, making coordination seamless. They also value that VOW scales easily, enabling teams to scale up or down while keeping everyone aligned with real-time, well-permissioned access to data."

Q6. Tell me about your competitive advantage and business model.

"Our competitive advantage lies in how we prioritize guest engagement. We’re at the epicenter of the experience economy, capturing and analyzing guest data to deliver long-term value. VOW is also lightweight, modular, and designed to scale with the organization over time. Our multiplayer platform allows up to 350 people to work in real-time without bottlenecks, and our pricing is usage-based, making it intuitive and adaptable for organizations of all sizes."

Q7. What are your plans for the next 12 months?

"Our focus is on hyper-personalizing experiences for event planners and guests. We are working on improving our AI models to streamline onboarding and enhance transaction management, like buying ticket allocations or seat blocks directly through the platform. We’ve completed a pre-seed round and are planning to seek strategic partners in 2025 to scale further."

Q8. What is the best way to reach out to you?

"You can reach me at jennifer@vow.app. I’d love to connect with anyone passionate about live experiences, guest engagement, and transforming events."
